Shipping and Delivery

Once you have succefully placed your order, confirmed payment, and recieved confirmation that your order is being processed. The next thing to look out for is when it's ready to be shipped. You can have your orders shipped via the following:

Local Orders (within the Philippines):

• SPX / GGX courier service (default shipping option).

• Same Day Delivery (Grab, Lalamove, etc.).

• Pick-up or meetup (during official events only).

International Shipping:

• DHL / FedEx (solo boxes)

• DHL via Group Order

• Meet-up (in the event where I will be flying to your country, e.g. there is a concert there and I will be watching). Baggage fees apply.

All shipping/delivery costs are at buyer's expense and is not included on the total price during check out.

Local Shipping Fees:

Shipping Fees within the Philippines start from PHP120.00 and will vary depending on size, weight, and quantity of the orders. By default, once the items are ready for shipping, we will send out a shipping schedule and book your shipments via SPX/GGX depending on the availability of the courier service in your location. Shipping/delivery fee will be at a Cash-on-Delivery(COD) payment option unless paid in advance upon check out. See Payment and Shipping Options.

Same day delivery such as Grab, Lalamove, etc., are self booked and should be coordinated with the shop before booking. You will get a confirmation message including the booking details of the pick-up point, contact person, and time of pick-up once your order is ready to ship.

International Shipping Fees:

If you are shipping from outside the Philippines, our main courier service is DHL. We have a DHL agent that handles our international shipping whom we can forward your order to and they will arrange the shipping for you.

You can also save on international shipping if you choose to join a Group Order that are being regularly hosted by our partner GOMs (see Group Orders Tab for details). Schedules will be posted on their social media pages so make sure to keep updated and get in touch with a GOM in your country if you are interested in joining a specific GO. Specific GO rules apply for different hosts and countries -- so make sure to inquire with them before participating.

Delivery Schedules:

Delivery schedules depend on your location. Once the shipping is booked, we will provide you your tracking number and confirmation of booking.
