Returns & Refunds Policy
All items on the shop are made to order, so there is strictly no cancellations.
However, returns are allowed given that it qualifies on the conditions below (see conditions for returns). You can inform by sending an e-mail at kiomiskorner@gmail.com or messaging us at our official page on Instagram as soon as you notice any concerns.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods -- given that the issues raised are confirmed. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any service fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
The goods are in the original packaging.
You have informed us via e-mail or social media accounts about the issue and was confirmed to have a return of item arrangement.
All inclusions from the original order are included in the returned shipping.
The following goods cannot be returned if:
Your order was customized (added names, or any request out of the default product description).
The product was clearly opened, tampered, or used.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The item ordered was a gift, and was shipped to you first, before you shipped it to the recipient (damage may have incurred during transit, and we are not held liable in damages during shipping/mishandling of the courier. Contact your delivery service)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Shipping fees for returns are at customer's expense. Once return arrangement is confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and contact details. Please inform us of the tracking details once shipping has been booked.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
Only items that are shipped from the shop directly to the recipient are eligible for a return -- given that it qualifies to the rules above. Any product or shipment that was sent to the gift giver first, before sending it to you will have to contact their courier service if item was damaged during transit.
