Shipping Options

Local Shipping:

Local Shipping will be handled by GGX / SPX by default.

• Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.

• If you have not paid the shipping fee upon placing an order, the payment option for deliveries will be COD.(for shipping only, not the whole order).

• We will send you the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

• We will not be liable for any damages/issues that may occur during transit as it is handled by a third party courier. We can assist in coordinating with them but will not be held liable for anything else.

• Lost shipments or items undelivered because of wrong pin locations, addresses, contact number etc., will not be covered in the refunded, replaced, or whatsoever.

Same Day Delivery is also available by through your chosen delivery apps (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) and will be self-booked.

• Please wait for the shop to advise you that your order is ready to be picked-up before booking.

• Booking details will be sent to you via DM and you can book as soon as you get it.

• Once booked, share the tracking/shipping link on Instagram @kiomiskorner so that we can monitor your booking.

• We will monitor your shipping, however, we will not be liable for any damages/issues that will occur along the way as that is between you and the delivery app of choice. Make sure to choose trusted apps to ensure delivery of goods.
